How can i convince my friend that life is just better sober when shes obviously having fun being drunk or high?
Answers: It won't be easy. Perhaps a video camera would put a fine point to your discussion. Wen a friend is high or drunk, they may not remember what they did.
Some people that drank or smoked too much told me that they felt terrible the next day. I pointed out that both of us were at the event and both had fun at the event. Only one of us were going early in the morning and tolerated noise and light very well. IIt was the one who drank.)
That is hard. People sometimes have to come about their own conclusions to things like that. As the old saying goes, You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.

You can't. I'm sorry that your friend has to go through such a thing, and you probably are too, but it's her life and ultimately she makes her own decisions. The best you can do is be there for her when she realizes how bad she has hurt herself and possibly others.
