Why do my finger get numb and start to change color when im not doing anything for them to get that way??
Answers: A lack of circulation to the affected fingers. Could be a clot. Get it checked out by a doctor.
Because for some reason the blood is not properly flowing through your thumb.
well yea blood dosent go to ur fingers....if it feels like ur arm has needles poking into it thats just ur arm falling asleep (it happens) just move it around....also vitamins are the best for making blood flow and nerve receptions better then they are now. If they like change color to like purple or really white....GO TO THE DOCTOR!!...good luck dude
could be Raynaud's, a circulation disorder. here's a link from yahoo health and an excerpt from the summary. regardless of what's causing it, you should see a doctor to confirm what the problem is...

Raynaud's phenomenon is a condition in which blood flow to the surface tissue of the hands and feet is temporarily decreased, usually as an overresponse to cold temperatures. There are two kinds of Raynaud's phenomenon. Primary Raynaud's, also known as Raynaud's disease, occurs by itself and is the most common form. Secondary Raynaud's, also called Raynaud's syndrome, occurs as part of another disease and usually begins after age 35.
Raynaud's phenomenon is common but often goes unreported. For most people with the condition, Raynaud's is more a nuisance than a disability.>>
