How do those breathe right strip things that go on your nose when you're sick work??

Answers: They hold the nasal passages open physically 'cause the nose cartilage is flexible and can close on its own. The problem is getting the right size and getting the strips to stick good enough.
They are made of stiff plastic so that when they are bent to the shape of your nose and stuck there the strip wants to go back to being straight and this lifts the sides of your nostrils and makes the nostrils bigger allowing more air to pass.
It says that the strip suppose to let the breathing passage open up so you can breathe.
They just open up your nose so you can breathe easier. The sticky may irritate your nose if you use them often
