One front bottom tooth gives me pain when I floss it and/ or touch it...??
Question: it is like the gum on just that lower tooth pains me when there is contact (it has been like this for months), what could it be?????
Answers: I would go to the dentist first. It could be an exposed root, a cavity, sensitive tooth, some sort of gum disorder, etc. You can try using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth to hold you over until you can get into the dentist. You really should get to the dentist asap so the problem doesn't get worse.
go to the dentist and have it checked out
you probably have a cavity you dont know about.
I would think somehting like gingevitus or however you spell it. I dip copenhagen and the best way to help prevent this is dedicated flossing and brushing, when brushing tilt the brush almost down so the bristles clean between the gums and teeth. Try flossing regularly to train the gums for this. It may be painfull at first but you need to remove the bacteria from between there. Also use a floride rinse after brushing and mouthwash. Hope this helps.
go to the dentist
There could be several thing's that could be causing the pain. Most likely decay below the gum line etc.You really should see your Dentist soon to get that checked, before you lose the tooth or involve its neighbors. Take care. SW RNP
ummm so don't touch it or floss it go to the dentist duhhh
