What do people in underprivileged countries do when they get cavities??
Question: without proper dental care, do they have to get their teeth pulled when their cavities get too bad?
Answers: some governments give free dental care but getting treatment is hard... they dont have the luxuries of root canals and crowns and all the other stuff..
sometimes someone gets lucky and only gets a silver filling other times the tooth is pulled out.
thats why if you go to a third world country you will see that the seniors there either have dentures or little to no teeth
suffer very much
they literally rot in their mouths and eventually fall out.

I recently came back to the U.S. from a 3rd world country, and even though they have almost free dental care the dentists don't have the time to fix cavities so they pull bad teeth. It's not unusual to go to a village and see most of the older people with missing teeth.
