I am wearing "light" elastics for my braces when do i have to switch to "med" or "heavy"??
Question: ive been wearing my light elastics for around a week, so when do i kno that i can switch to the medium?
Answers: ask your orthodontist. duh.
Once your bicuspids move into the correct position for that type of elastic, your orthodontist will inform you that that phase of your treatment is complete. Then you will be able to proceed to the next phase of treatment. Be Patient and wear those suckers!!!
They gave you both light and medium elastics for your braces? Usually they just give you two bags, the same size. Well give them a call and ask.
