When should I have protein bars & drinks??


Question: Between meals? before or after meals?
And when should I work out during the daily period?
Answers: protein bars between meals and protein shake after your workouts. In my opinion the best time to workout is around 2pm, since you can cut your carbs off earliar. but, the next best time would be around the time you feel the strongest. also dont eat a protein bar or protein shake in the morning, since you want to get in most of your carbs earliar in the day.
probably in the morning..you will get the greater benefit....
I would before working out say about a hour before so your body can start digesting the protein. and Take your vitamins. Lots of the most important h2o. Hydrate because you need water to metabolize your energy.
none they make you gain weigh they make you hungry then you eat then gain weight drink lots of water 8 big cups every day
