When you wake up you have an attched relation between you and your bed how can you get rid of it??


Answers: i think you should try this...

when you go the bed, just for a minute or so close your eyes and sit. dont do anything. only take long breaths in and out. dont think of anything much... just do that and feel yourself fresher. and go to bed.

same thing when you wake up, just sit in the bed for a minute and follow the same thing!

i think this should help... it will be fine even if you increase the speed of your breathing making it more intense and rigourous!

I've found it helps to not drink too much before bed or eat a lot of meat at night. But really the biggest problem I had to face was depression.
