When it is hot, what type of should one use for bathing i.e cold or hot water??

when it is hot i would prefer too use cold but then you would get a cold, but when you go to the beach and the pool the water is cold so you should use pool or beach temperature water, but why are you worrying about when it is hot, summer has finished and it is now the winter
