When i get Migranes...??
Question: ony one side of my head hurts, and i ALWayS get a stomach ache, and throw up
What is a good way to prevent this and how do/would you deal with it?
Answers: I would talk to a doctor about this. They may be able to give you something that can really help with that. Take advil or tylenol when you feel one coming on and I would lay down and drink some iced tea. Good luck and feel better :/

I recently heard about new research on migraines. Your doctor might know, or you could do a search in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA).
Sorry, but I don't remember what they said about it, but i think they found something that helps. A drug meant for something else, but useful for migraines, I think.
i have to be in a dark room for a few hours after taking migrane pills then no noise and then i finally eases off

I used to throw up every time I got a migraine too. You might also try to find out what's causing them, then avoid it the best you can. All else fails, talk to your doctor... s/he might try Imitrex.
when it is severe enough to throw up, it may require a doctor visit. Excedrin migraine medicine can work, but not as likely if you have been throwing up. You may not even be able to hold it down. See a doctor and get checked over to make sure it isn't a symptom of something more serious. Even if it isn't, the doctor may be able to prescribe something effective for you. Good Luck.
