What do i do when it burns when i pee and it really red down there and the skin is burning??
Answers: Go to your local health department. Could be a number of things. You really need to have your symptoms evaluated. Health department is the cheapest and may be free in certain circumstances. So sorry you are having troubles.

You have a urinary tract infection. Get to a doctor for testing (simple pee test) and antibiotics. In the meantime, drink lots of water to dilute the urine, drink cranberry juice, and get an appropriate cream to help with the exterior burning.
