When quitting smoking, what tool is best used to help: nicoderm cq or the gum etc.??

Question: Im going to quit smoking but need help, my health depends on it. I cant do it cold turkey, been there and done that and it doesnt work for me, the cravings were too bad. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks
Answers: I had the most success with gum together with cognitive behavioral self-therapy - changing patterns of behaviors that I associated with smoking, like after eating or after sex. So you may need to find something to replace your addiction to cigarettes - something healthier.

Good luck!
A crazed addict with a gun treating to take you life if you don't give him you pack of Marlboro's
Works everytime...
Eventually I gradually cut down to after meals and while drinking cause I didn't enjoy them anymore by themselves then if you can manage to not smoke while drinking for awhile you will only crave it after meals.
my mother quit smoking by just chewing mint gum and that was it and by the way thanks for answeing my question happy new years too
Full Strength Gum And Patch At The Same Time. You Need The Patch For The Constant Flow Of Nicotine, Then Use The Gum Like You Would A Cigarette, As Needed. Plus, If At All Possible, Go On A Long Flight Somewhere. It Kind Of Solves It For You. Soon You'Ll Not Need The Patch And Eventually The Gum As Well.
