Hurts when i touch inside my ear, have i got an infection??
Answers: Could very well be. A middle ear infection is called otitis media. An antibiotic is needed. Are you dizzy as well? When I had one last time, I kept turning left. It threw off my balance so bad. Call your Dr.
Get someone to look inside...I had a blackhead inside mine and it hurt like hell..
If it starts to hurt you when you're not poking about in the ear get it looked at professionally. If you get redness about the ear and a raised temperature get it looked at fast.
It may just be a spot but it could spread to something more serious.
