I keep getting realy bad chest pains.i smoke dont say qwit ive tried.and im very stressed!??


Question: dose anyone know what this could be?
Answers: Ten years ago, I was having the same symptoms, as you are having now. I went to see my doctor, who told me that if I didn't stop smoking, I would die. Considering that this would devastate my family, I took his advice and stopped, no patches, no nothing, just the thought of hurting my son's and shear willpower did it for me and I had smoked for over 45 years. It was a very hard task but I can honestly say, Hand on Heart I have never had a cigarette since. So I would say to you, If you value your Life and you don't want to end up having a heart attack, Please do try to stop. Please believe me, this is not a lecture, I really am trying to help. it's due to smoking. you better stop this thingy before it becomes too late. And yes, try your GP as well for a better diagnosis.
COMPLICATIONS due to your smoking. try and get a humidifier to put some extra moisture in the air. hope this helps
okay if you tried then get nicotene patches or something or that gum... try to get into a new habbit =)!!! the chest pain is from the smoking
Sounds like a heart attack to me, Take two aspirin and go to the doctor. Especially with heavy stress, my husband just had a massive heart attack at age 37, Thank God, he lived, but had a quadruple by-pass, pace maker and defibrillator. It was a really close call.
You really should get medical advice FROM A DOCTOR!
Chest pain is always DANGER go to your G.P. immediately.
See a Doctor and soon, for an accurate diagnosis. No-one here is likely to be qualified to give one!
It could be anything from a simple infection, or digestive disorder to something serious like Angina! He will tell you but He will also tell you to give up and if its causing problems you really should try! If the pain is really bad go to A&E.
It doesn't help if you are stressed so try some relaxation techniques and try to remove causes of stress from your life.
Try the patches or gum to quell the nicotine craving.
if you are still going to smoke .
Try going to the sauna and exercise, it does help.???
exercise also gets rid of stress believe it or not.

Sounds like a panic attack, especially with stress as well. Try some relaxation or deep breathing just by yourself in a quiet room. Better still visit your GP.
You should definitely see a doctor, if anything to rule out physical illness. Stress causes A LOT of wear and tear on the mind and body. Let me suggest you deal with the stress and even beat it!
