Need help on tips on how to stand straight?????
Question: I want to walk, sit, and stand straight and confident, what are some tips to improve my back??
Answers: one of the best ways is to balance a book on your head. May need practise at home for some months. If you make a conscious effort regularly, you will succeed - (from my own experience) good luck!
Yoga is great for your posture. You'll find you sit and stand taller after every session, and it's a lasting effect too.
Stretching I find is another great way to improve posture.

To stand straight, first stand against a wall...shoulders and butt on the wall. Suck in the gut and hold it. Always remember when you a standing or walking try to keep your shoulders and butt on the same line. At the same time tighten your abdomen.

When sittin on a chair remind to mantain 90 degrees on all your articulations, putting your backside against the back of the chair could help
