How do you get rid of crusty skin on your elbows - so the skin will be moist and healthy???

Question: What do you do when you elbows have scaley gray skin on them instead of healthy moist skin??
Answers: Exfoliate with a wash cloth and scrub, then follow with a heavy duty lotion or cream (Eucerin would be a good choice).
imagine, it is just a bunch of dead skin. one, it falls off, very slowly, so dont rest your elbows on stuff, then use a light acid, the kind thats in lotions(ascorbic acid) or use citris acid, from oranges or lemons.
good luck.
the old fashioned remedy for rough skin on elbows:
your diet is lacking sulfur.
Don't rest on your elbows to much and a good remedy is Cocoa butter. There is a difference between cocoa butter and cocoa lotion. Pure cocoa butter is kind of greasy but it does wonders for dry and flaky skin it's also good for spots on the face and legs. In the summer months use it at bedtime daytime use causes you to sweat to hard. Hope this helps.
exfoliate - scrub them very well - a BuffPuff is a good choice and then moisturize
