How do you cleanse your system? I saw someone mention you need to do this every three months.??

Question: Give me some good types and what to eat to do this please
Answers: that is completely false. Eat healthily and get excersize and you will be fine. I cannot understand why people think tht enemas and diahrea are good things, they are not. The body has the ability to pruge wastes, it doen't need help, these products can be dangerous.
Hot peppers seem to help but they come out as hot as they go in or hotter. But realistically just eat good foods. If you are in reasonable condition, you body will do the rest. Fad foods can be dangerous.
yea right you smoked smoething and you need to pass a piss test. heres what u do,go to the nearest head shop and buy a kit they only cost 30 to 50 bucks.
There are all kind of system cleansers. Spa hycholonics(enema) and other natural remedies. The cheapest and least painful is something you can get just about anywhere now. Most Asian grocers carry a product called Dieter's Tea. It works to flush your digestive system. Doing this for 2 days(weekends because believe me you will clean out your system) every 3 months will keep you feeling light and healthy. Just don't forget that eating a balanced diet is better than loading up on junk and trying to get rid of it with the Dieter's Tea. you may do more damage than you think.Be good to your body and it will be good to you. Hope this helps.
Fasting for a few days every month is very healthy. On these days you only drink water and herbal teas that are purifying (I do not know the english names). If you need to get some calories use fruit or vegatable juice. mind you if you are not used to this the toxids in your body can cause e.g. headaches - this is not caused by hunger.

Other people fast a few times a year for a month and drink those teas during these months. If you are religious you keep your religious duty in these months too. I do the latter.
