I m fat n wanna get slim what do i do??

Answers: If you don't want to take any pills and you cannot run
because of hernia is still no excuse for being fat. As
a Yoga therapist i will suggest just two things. Do it
and in three months time you will have reduced your
weight. See that whatever you eat should be chewed
thoroughly i.e. almost 32 times per morsel. This is
tough but persistence pays. Next is SURYA MUDRA
which is formed by bending the ring finger to touch the
base of the thumb and other three fingers straight with
palms facing upward. This should be done with both the
hands and kept on your respective thighs. The benefits
start once you reach a target of holding the mudra for
45 minutes at a stretch starting with 5 minutes. Alternatively
you can also break into 15 minutes in the morning, 15 in
the afternoon and 15 in the evening. This mudra generates
lot of heat in the body therefore see that you consume good

eat less excercise more its the only way. stationary bike looks like a good idea
Start going to the gym regularly. Get a personal trainer if you can afford it. If not, go on your own and start doing low intensity workouts then gradually progress as you get stronger. Losing weight is slow process, don't expect overnight results. It has to become a part of your lifestyle. Watch what you eat and when you eat (ie. no late night heavy eating). There are other cardio intensive exercises if you can't run (ie. ride your bike).
then drink positrim
well don't sleep in the afternoon bcuz your fats get thick avoid eating too much rice and roti eat rotla avoid sugary food like choclates pasteries etc. have a healthy break fast don't eat heavy at night bcuz then when u go to sleep your fats don't have the chance to burn and see if u can workout. don't eat eggs or meat
I think you should go swimming at least 3 times per week....you will get to enjoy it and it will turn your fat to muscle, which in turn will burn calories.
