i'd like to ask, if a girl's bf doesnt touch her here and there, i mean if all he does is kissing and hugging without any hanky panky, does it mean he doesnt love her? i've been with my bf for quite a long time and he doesnt..u know...what do u guys think is his problem? is it that hes shy or smt?he does kiss and hug me and says he loves me..but still im always wondering..guys arent like this u know..all my frends say their bfs touch them..and it makes me wonder more and more abt my bf...plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me out with this.why is he like this?

You need to talk to him first and open he know why he doesn't do that. Maybe his manhood is small or maybe he can't do it for long time and feel embarrassed. Maybe he is still over his old girlfriend and he is not really interested sexually in you.
