Lump on testicles??
Question: Awhile ago i would get this kind of ache in the upper groin wouldn't last long (few seconds maybe) about twice a month and i found a two lumps 1 one each testicle but i haven't had the ache for awhile any ideas what it could be and if its dangerous?

do see a doctor but you should have a bump on the back side of your nuts, yes one each. I can't remember what the heck that tube is called but that's where it attaches.
