White stuff between glans and actual shaft, NOT SMEGMA??

Question: At the place where the foreskin meets the glans, there is a small tear in the skin. I can actually see white stuff through the hole in the skin. When I squeeze my penis head, that white stuff comes out. What is it, and what can be done? I have never experienced this before and I am rather certain it is not smegma, although if you are more experienced in this field feel free to correct me (i'd feel much more relieved if you did, actually).

Help please!
Answers: Well, I'm rather confused.

If it's between the shaft and glans (head) that should be the area where the foreskin separates from the head. It's not a cut. Yours may just be separating from the head. In that case, I would say it's smegma that had built down there due to not washing that area, so rubbing it off when you shower would slowly get it off. At the bottom of this page, see pictures 2 and 5 (don't worry if your foreskin doesn't like back like in pictures 3 and 4):

But then you say that when you squeeze the head it comes out... that shouldn't be happening. So that throws it off, ha.

If you feel that it's an actual cut and discharge, feel free to get it checked out by a doctor.
Sounds kind of strange to me. If there is a tear in the skin it could be your body fluid trying to heal the cut. Maybe when the fluid comes out it is combining with a little left over smegma. I would keep an eye on it and if it doesn't go away after a day then you will need to see your doctor. Don't be embarrassed, your doctor has seen far worse before.
