Red spot on side of penis??
Question: I have a red spot on the side of the penis (on the side of the tip of it). It looks like a cut after you scrape your skin and the scab starts to go away. It's kinda of pink colored. There is no stuff coming out of it or anything. I just want this freakin thing to go away. My doctor is telling me it is a yeast infection. He said it's due to the hot weather. So far I've already been on two creams and neither seem to have cured it yet. The first cream didnt' do much, so I went back. The cream I'm on now isn't do much either. It's been noticable for the past month and it won't go away. I am extremely scared about what it could be, he says it's a yeast but I find that hard to believe because there's no pus or anything coming out of it. I have NEVER had sex in my life (i've never even had a girlfriend) so we know it's not that. Suriously, what could it be. I am scared this thing is going to kill me or something, I am only 21..what could it really be?
Answers: If the Doctor says its a yeast infection, then maybe he's right and follow his instructions.. If you doubt it, try getting a second opinion to another Doctor, if he says the same exact thing, then i guess it might be a yeast infection..
..unbelievable the things people ask, but ..........if your doc says its a yeast infection, then its a damn yeast infection and you should be talking to him or her, not yahoo about it!! ...its not a big deal either, ...a yeast infection that is. Worse case scenario, its an std. So go back to your doctor! OR get a second opinion!!
