Small Wrists??

Question: To be short and sweet, I have skinny wrists. I can put my hand around them and have my fingers overlap for about another inch.
I'm really not that small a person (anymore) - I have an average build - and the rest of my arm is quite large in comparison to my wrists.
I could be wrong, this could be the ideal size, but I don't know. If not, what kind of exercises are good for building up the wrist?
Answers: A big part of it is bone structure, which isn't something you can do much about. But handgrips and wrist curls will build up the muscles around your wrist to their maximum potential. Or, as it's been said, maybe you have longer fingers than usual.
well i asked the same question before and all the answers i got was protein shakes, or get a dumbell and do wristcurls, or the answer was you cant you were born how you were so you cant change.. i havnt tried protein shakes and i have tried wristcurl but didnt help i didnt see any change. good luck but
Do you have really long fingers, arms, and other appendages? It could be Marfan Syndrom. It is a genetic disorder where your connective tissue is loose and you would generally have long enough fingers to wrap around your wrist and have them overlap.

Maybe you dont have small wrists, but rather long fingers and hands.
