Exercising guys plz help me??
Question: i am 15 and i think i have a good body meaning i got those biceps and cheast muscles and stuff but i wanna no how many push ups will make me biceps a bit bigger i wanna no like how many times should i do push ups and sit ups etc plz tell me how and what exercise is helpful
Answers: Push-ups don't work the Biceps much, you will want chin-ups and pull-ups for that. They are basically the same exercise but one is with palms forward (Pronated) and one is with palms under (supinated). Start out with doing as many as you can, resting and then doing it again, daily. Gradually you will be able to do more and your Biceps will show it. Don't stop the Push-ups and Sit-ups though, they are good too. You might want to spend time exercising your legs so you don't have a big powerful torso resting on chicken legs.

buy some weights or get a gym member ship, and do bicept curls. pretty much that is the most effective. or pull ups but the best is bicept curls.
