Answers: take up 1 or 2 sports. swimming is a good one. practise everyday. weights can help. dont do it all in one go example once a fortnight for 2 hours. exercise everyday for about 20 - 40 mins. work every part of ur body. determination and patience.
Eat healthy. yer that means vegetables. but more importantly eat a balanced diet. and no chocolate isnt a food group.

Eat lots of steak. And Pump iron like we did back in prison. It ain't hard.
