What do you do to stay awake during the day??


Question: Second year in college, and I often find myself struggling to get through the day without falling asleep right then and there. What should I do when I start to feel drowsy? Sometimes this occurs in the morning, after lunch, and around 4 PM. And please, don't suggest get more sleep . That isn't really an option. Thank you!
Answers: Get more active in day, play sports after school or something. Drink some energy drinks or something the contains some caffeine in it.
coffee! that's the best option. but don't drink too much or else ur going to feel the side effects and that aint cool. Try an 8 oz cup first and see how you feel.
Stop partying so hard

Okay... look i have this problem too. (you're not alone kid :D). Normally for me, i lay in bed at an earlier time and read a book... for me reading makes me more tired. And then in the morning, I normally have caffiene, soda, or sugar!!!!!! Cuz I get energy boosts then at the end of the day i can sleep earlier. :D... Or if i have none of those in my kitchen... I splash my face with water until I can sing in a high pitched voice. I hope I helped, at least a little... OR ALOT!! :D. See ya laterr!
Dude, you have narcolepsy. And that's bad, because narcolepsy is caused by the herpes. Which is bad, because the herpes sucks.

Luckily, my friend emildacat also had this problem before. His herpes originated in his stomach, and if he burnt it, it went away. I suggest the same course of action for you. Let me know if it helps.

Well, if its around the times that you're eating, it's probably due to a large carb intake(pancakes,chips,cereal, pasta etc) so I would suggest trying not to eat so many carbs(it tends to make the body release so much energy trying to digest it all thereby making you really tired)
keep occupied by doing something all the time.or everytime you feel sleepy wash your face with cold freezing water.
