If a s.user faced some kind of discrimination when accessing services & resources what would you do??


Answers: It's going to depend on the type of discrimination but the organisation should have equal ops policies and then they need to be challenged.
It's also going to depend on whether the organisation that is doing the discriminationg is a public sector agency (social services, education, health etc) and who is commisioning the service. If it is for example, social services commisioning a service from a voluntary organisation then the su's worker should take it up with their manager etc to get it investigated by the voluntary org. Would probably need to be done at senior mangement level but I could be wrong. Start with your line manager as suggested and then go higher if no response. or go through su's councillor.
Forward the information in writing to your line manager and ask them to keep you informed of the progress of the complaint in writing.
The information you have given is somewhat sparse.
I probably know the answer to this but I need some more info.
