My wife has terrible night-terrors that keep her on edge and awake for days. She wont go 2 a dr. what do i do??

Answers: If she won't go to a doctor, she might benefit from taking some 5HTP. Up to 300mg a day can help.
Research suggests that 5-HTP improves sleep quality in children and results in a lower incidence of nighttime awakenings, night terrors...

I know she's not a child, but if it helps little people, it's worth a try for bigger ones.
ask your doctor about sleep disorder clinics. most time they are free. also, get a dream book and figure out why she is having these dreams.
Find the source of the problem. Healthy, happy people don't just have constant night terrors for no reason. You definitely need to talk to her about this. Ask her about her dreams, what she thinks they might mean, etc.
try going to her Dr or wright to her Dr so that she will be seen by the medical practices next time she See's them they know and keep her up to date as to how she is going then also try your local mental health clink for information
