Hello, I need help from you guys. I cry at night for no reason, it happens all the time. What is wrong with me?

Answers: could be clinical depression. need to see Dr about this
There is absolutely nothing wrong with you!! crying is good for you, however if it is every single night, you may be depressed....you might talk with your doctor and they can determine if you are depressed or not....another option is, you may just be really sensitive....there's nothing wrong with that!! I would suggest talking with your doctor, they may be able to help you sort this all out. good luck!
You could be sad or depressed. Can't say much more given the amount I have to go on.
dont worrie abotu it i used to do the same thing.. it eventually goes away. i think its because its night time and ur trying to go to sleep and thinking about so many things and soem things just make you sad.. try to think of happier things before u fall asleep<3
depression or PMS
While crying is normal, if it is excessive and interferes with activities on a regular basis, you may have a problem.

I would suggest going to your doctor (primary care physician) and telling him about your symptoms. He may refer you to a counselor or psychiatrist for further treatment. Please do not let the stigma of psychiatry and psychology keep you from getting the help you deserve. I suffered from depression and anxiety at one point in my life, and without getting the help that I received, I do not know what could have happened to me.

I am also backing those up who say it could be depression...but I would like to also say that I think there is just something about being tired...and getting sad easier. I believe that is true of most people...but I know for sure that has happened with my son before...he is eight now, but last year he would lie in bed and start worrying about how he was going to feel when our daugher who is 15..then 14 would leave the home. No matter how much I explained to him that he was worrying about something that is years away...he still would be sad. I kept telling him that in the morning he would feel better. Sure enough I would ask him the next morning how he was feeling about it, and he would sort of laugh and say it wasn't bothering him anymore. My point is....sure, it could be depression, but it could also be that you are just so tired..and aren't able to deal with things as well. Try counting backwards from 200 the second you hit the pillow...that should keep all of the negative thoughts that are making you cry from creeping in. Good luck to you!
Could be what everyone is saying, or it could be something elce.

Sometimes, I wish I could. I bet you feel better after you just let it out.
Sometimes that happen for me..but not all the time...do you have a problem that's been inside you for so long without solving them? For me, its a way to let out my stresses thats been building up for days/weeks..i make myself cry by listening to sad music or sad movies...and i always feel better at the end...so analyze yourself for a minute, what's been bothering you these couple of weeks?good luck honey... ^^
