Bad sleeping habits plz help??
Question: what should i do sometimes i dont go to sleep for a day then the next day go to sleep at 8am and wake up at 8pm lol dont call me lazy because i already know -_-
Answers: It's important to go to sleep at about the same time every day.
Also it's a good idea not to use the bed or bedroom for everyday tasks like work or homework or surfing the internet or such things. That creates a mental association between the bed and activity, so when you're in bed trying to sleep it will be difficult. Your mind will think you should be doing other things.
If you're serious about straightening up your sleeping habits, really honestly try to go to bed at the same time every day. Even if you just lie there awake, it's important to just turn off the lights and go to bed. You'll fall asleep eventually.
see a doctor...they can prescribe something like ambien to regulate your sleep habits.
If you smoke crack, then stop.
