I can't concentrate, I'm absent most of the time,my thoughts overlap;I have difficulties in expressing myself.?
Question: I am 28 years old, female, and I have a special condition that I don't know what it is. I cannot link things together, I forget and I cannot find my words. My mind is wondering constantly and I cannot concentrate. I am very scared, every activity is a burden to me, I cannot learn, I think very slowly, I forget or don't understand what people are telling me, I cannot watch TV because I don't link the information, so I cannot talk to people .
Answers: Try speaking with your doctor you could have a form of ADD, there are simple medications to help with your concentration.

This sounds to me very much like some imbalance in the body.
Possible contributing factors to throwing the body out of balance; lifestyle (which covers a lot more than one may realize),
-What you eat/ don’t eat/ balance of foods eaten which can mean mineral and / or vitamin deficiencies. Deficiencies can affect ones functioning such as thinking. The brain actually requires certain types of fats for efficient functioning. There is a lot of good information on the internet, which would require some research. I looked up “balanced diet” on wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balanced_di... That was just and example, but you will need to look for yourself. A general doctor could also give decent advice or spot your diet if it is really far out.
-Negative mental patterns; negative self talk or way of associating about situations or what people are. The body also is influenced by the state of our thinking and emotional state.
-Too much work, not enough play, excessive stress, amount of sleep
There is actually a lot more I could say about this which would make the response too lengthy. I would also like to add that finding what the imbalances are, and bringing whatever you need to do , be or have in order to return to balance is important.
If I found out further things about you, it could narrow down the possibilities, and increase the probability of what it may be, but I strongly suggest going beyond probability by seeking professional assessment from someone who is experienced.
Before I say what I recommend; Each one of us is different in terms of what suits us, so what is right for me is not necessarily right for you.
I would not seek conventional medical assistance, except for either emergency situations, or assessment. (They can be ok with assessment, but sometimes inefficient & or inaccurate for some conditions) Conventional medicine tends to be focused on only one organ to the exclusion of other organs, and also greatly inclined to mask problems/ symptoms. Not to mention side effects and creating further problems from drugs, which can make one a lifetime customer of legal drugs, rather than getting to the core issue. That is where I prefer alternative therapies that actually acknowledge that the body is a whole system, and seek to deal with the root of the problem. Traditional Chinese Medicine is very good at assessment and restoring the body to balance. There are many other alternative therapies around that may be of assistance, and a bit of research on the internet may be required for this.
you need to see a doctor..you may have a form of schizophrenia..treatable..
I understand how you feel as I have felt the same. Every doctor I've been to tells me its anxiety. I didn't think I was under too much stress, but this could be the problem. It can get bad. Try learning about anxiety to see if it sounds like it could be related to your problem. I found www.anxietycentre.com to be very helpful when it came to learning about symptoms. Oddly enough, consuming too much aspartame can make you like that too sometimes. Hope this helps.
