I need a good answer help my eye is a little swollen how do i get rid of this? Its not conjuntivitis.??

Question: Ok so earlier I asked about this and didnt get very good answers I need to help this go away but i dont even know what it is. My left eye is swollen and a little red it hurts to the touch and is a bit itchy my eye itself is not itchy or red or pink. Theres no discharge or crusties no gunk. it is right under my bottom lashes closest to my tear duct by my nose. It is no conjuntivitis or pink eye because theres no gunk. I tried warm water on it in the shower and a hot cloth later. it hasnt gone down. I want it to go away by tommorrow. Thanks. not going to the doctor.
Answers: Sounds like you have a Chalazion. A plugged oil gland. Use warm compresses 4-6 times a day with gentle massage below the reddish swollen area for as long as it takes to go away. Try not to wear eye liner or mascara in the meantime because it may be contributing factor. If it is not a little oil gland than your actual tear duct may be blocked and that would require a professional evaluation by an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. Sorry, it is unlikely to resolve by tommorrow.
HI ALLISON...WHAT YOU PROBABLY HAVE IS CALLED BLEPHARITIS . THAT IS KINDA SIMILAR TO DANDRUFF, BUT IT IS IN YOUR EYELASHES AND AROUND EYES. ANOTHER POSSIBILITY IS A STOPPED UP TEAR DUCT. (IS YOUR EYE WATERING AT ALL?)

IF YOU HAVE BLEPHARITIS, TRY THIS SELF-CARE REMEDY ONCE OR TWICE A DAY:

APPLY WARM COMPRESSES OVER YOUR CLOSED EYE FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARD, USE A WASHCLOTH MOISTENED WITH WARM WATER AND A FEW DROPS OF BABY SHAMPOO TO WAS AWAY ANY OILY DEBRIS OR SCALES AT THE BASE OF YOUR EYELASHES.
RINSE YOUR EYELID WITH WARM WATER AND GENTLY DRY IT WITH A CLEAN, DRY TOWEL. IF YOU HAVE DANDRUFF, USING A DANDRUFF SHAMPOO MAY HELP. IF YOUR BLEPHARITIS IS LINKED TO AN UNDERLYING CAUSE SUCH AS DANDRUFF OR ROSACEA, TREATING THOSE CONDITIONS MAY ALLEVIATE THE BLEPHARITIS.

IF THAT DOESNT HELP, YOU MAY WANT TO SEE YOUR DOCTOR. THEY CAN PRESCRIBE AN ANTIBIOTIC OINTMENT. IN SEVERE CASES, EYEDROPS THAT HAVE ANTIBIOTICS AND STEROIDS IN THEM CAN BE PRESCRIBED. IF THIS DOESNT HELP...YOU CAN CONTACT ME AND I WILL TELL YOU WHAT TO DO IF IT IS A STOPPED UP TEARDUCT. GOOD LUCK!!
