I need to find my happy again what kind of supplement or natural remedy can i use or take my relationship??
Question: I had a hesterectomy when i was 30 i am now 52. hormones arent the answer i did that and they made me fat (that would make anybodys hapy go away) Anyway Im ot depressed I just don't laugh like I use to. Its like my funny bone left . Im not that old I ride a harley and party with the best. My relationship is getting affected by it also. Cause my drive isnt there at all it takes Muscle relaxers only somas to bring my drive back to the max. What is in that pill that inhases that feeling. ? If you know please let me know a supsetude for it. Cause thats what im lacking cause my happy comes back with out the drowiness . Please help with this my HAPPY DEPENDS ON IT ALONG WITH MY 5YRS RELATIONSHIP. thankyou peace
Answers: Go for jogs or brisk walks everyday. That's a natural booster. Eat light meals, no junk. That'll also make you feel better. NO pills, if that can be avoided. Find some way to be busy a lot of the day: help people with something, do a hobby where you end up making something or meeting other people, etc. Do something a little different everyday. Finally, tell a family physician how you feel. If it's the same one giving you muscle relaxants, I'd possibly find another doctor. Tell them how sad or down you feel and they'll know what's up, most likely.
try some st john's wort,,somas are a depressant/mescle relaxer..not great for every day use unless your an amputee of spastic...if you cant break the habit find a rehab they will give you happy drugs there
