HEARTBREAK: I put on 20 pounds, and I need to loose that now. I go to the gym, but my eating is not helping me?
Question: and i really need to ,loose 20 pounds, and get back to the way i used to look
I am very concerned as to what will happen to me cause i dont wanna look like this
but now that I've put of 20 piunds, my abs have totally vanished,
and my gym instructor is not helping me loose weight as he, Is quite inefficient. And since the gym has one instructor I don’t know what I should do
I need to REALLY REALLY LOOSE weight
as i have started getting very depresed cause of this.......
help please help

Drink alot of water, you will immediately lose a couple of kilos by just doing that. Keep your fluids up, otherwise your body will store the water and stored water = weight.
Cut down on the little things like not having butter on your bread, don't eat peanut butter, don't eat the chicken skin, and don't eat the fat on your meat.
Eat more veges and fruit, and nuts are good to snack on. Have some rice crackers to nibble on.
Get into a routine of exercise. Yes it is hard but you have to start someplace and I guarantee after a week or so of getting up and doing something, your body will thank you.
Try walking before work or school, pick up a quick pace, listen to your mp3 with music that is upbeat so you can walk with the beat.
The idea is to get your heart rate up, because fast heart rate = burning of fat.
Even things like star jumps, skipping rope, trampoline, swimming, or riding your bike makes a difference.
Walk that extra metre. Park further away, or get off the bus at the stop after so u have to walk further. The little things make a difference.
Don't give up. It is hard at first, but keep going and you will find it easier and much more enjoyable, and you'll look great!
run..drink 8 glasses of water everyday, walk for 30 min..and stop being depressed.
Continue going to the gym, dump the instructor and get some books or videos/dvd's. Get on a diet. Go to weight watcher meetings. Those a good and can motivate you.
